You must buy THREE Keylee dolls to qualify for The Brass Key Charm Bracelet Gift With Purchase promotion. Purchase must be made between 02/01/07 and 08/01/07. All requests MUST be submitted online or postmarked within 30 days from date of purchase.  Offer valid in US only. Offer may not be valid with any other rebates, offers or promotions.   • Purchase a minimum of 3 Keelee dolls from either Wal-Mart or K-Mart.
  • Enter your receipt number (locate receipt number)
  • Enter the UPC numbers found on the bottom of your package
  • Add the bracelet to your shopping cart
  • Enter Coupon Code 113
  • Proceed to check-out
  • Shipping and Handling charge of $1.50 will be added to your order

3. Copy of Cash Register Receipt: NOTE: if sending cash register receipt, then no UPC labels are required.

4. If The Cash Register Receipt Is Not Available: then the original 3 UPC codes need to be included. Photocopies of UPC codes will not be accepted.
