Our collectibles are limited editions which are produced exclusively for the individual retailers who carry them for that particular year. Most collections are never brought back for a second selling season, which makes each collection unique and collectible.

Within 90 days of purchase, your broken or defective item can be returned to the store level with a valid receipt, as long as the item(s) is in its original packaging and original condition. The Brass Key does not have on-hand inventory to issue replacements/exchanges directly. Please contact the retailer of purchase for more information as this is Brass Key's Return Policy.

If contact is not made at the store level within 30 days of purchase, there may be nothing they can do as product availability is limited.
